What you will be doing
Contribute with your background and ideas;
Ensure the quality control of mystery shoppers’ completed evaluations;
Assist project managers with their daily operations;
Follow-up with mystery shoppers when their evaluations require more precisions or additional information;
Validate the information in the evaluation grids and ensure its quality;
Programming and configuration of corporate environments in our IT platform including quality control tests (client, mandate, period, locations, access, etc.);
Manage the follow-up of administrative documents (invoices, purchase orders, etc.);
Assist project managers at the operational level and with the production of administrative documents using MS Excel and Word;
Ensure compliance with the deadlines of the different projects;
Manage incoming calls and emails from mystery shoppers;
Solicitation of mystery shoppers for the assignation of missions whose selection is not natural;
Management of teams of evaluators on special mandates;
Create and update documentation on configuration best practices and features on hexa (wiki)
