In order to support our growth, we are looking to welcome a: Marketing Research Analyst.
Under the authority of our Vice President of Client Solutions, the Marketing Research Analyst specializes in measuring customer and employee experience and ensures the production of quality information, assisting in strategic and operational decision-making.
Among other responsibilities, the Marketing Research Analyst must:
- Meet with clients to create and implement research programs that meet their needs.
- Design measurement tools (questionnaires).
- Interpret the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Write and create various documents (dashboards, indicators, etc.) and analysis reports.
- Present analysis reports to the senior management of clients.
- Assist project managers in data collection management to ensure the quality of the collected data.
- Coordinate the work of various external resources (translators, graphic designers, etc.).
- Manage deliverables for multiple client accounts.
- Ensure that research projects adhere to quality standards and strategies defined at the beginning of each research program.
- Other related tasks related to marketing research analysis.
