Nowadays, businesses focusing on customer experience cannot just focus on their employees’ satisfaction. They need to make sure they have committed, actively involved, employees who will become real promoters of their business.

In this article, the author stresses the importance for an organization to identify its ambassador employees, that is, the employees committed to the organization and its values, the ones who constantly seek to meet customer expectations. This challenge is all the greater in an environment where Millennials are filling an ever-greater number of business positions, because they have the reputation of being less mobilized overall than their older colleagues.
